Palettech is a teen run organization which strives to help others in need. After years of passionate learning and experience in art and technology, we would like to use our knowledge and skills to give back to the community. Our mission is to make the world a better place and help reconstruct the community after the pandemic.

Get to Know Us
Helen Mao
CEO/Founder
Helen is a senior at North Allegheny Senior High School. She has been learning art since elementary school and has won multiple awards for her paintings and projects. She also loves coding and is fluent in Python and Java. In her free time, she enjoys participating in hackathons, doing coding competitions, creating art, and doing math competitions.
Joseph Widjaja
Co-founder
Joseph is a junior at North Allegheny Senior High School. He has been learning programming ever since elementary school and has already learned Python, Java, and C++. He enjoys doing competitive math and programming and has won multiple awards. In his free time, he likes solving rubik’s cubes, playing piano, and listening to music.
Shuchir Jain
Co-founder & Co-Chief Operating Officer
Shuchir is a sophomore at North Allegheny Intermediate High. He is a talented coder and has made multiple impressive projects helping out the community. He also finds joy in photography and often takes pictures of the beautiful and interesting moments in life. He can photoshop and add effects to bring out magical qualities in his work.
David Mao
Co-founder
David is a freshman at North Allegheny Intermediate High School. He has been practicing and doing art since he was 6 and has a passion for video editing and making animations. He is passionate about math and coding and knows Python, Java, and C++ fluently. David spends his free time editing videos for practice, animating short videos, and doing anything creative!
Mukund Venkatesh
Co-founder & Co-Chief Operating Officer
Mukund is a senior at North Allegheny Senior High School. He has keen interest in math and computer science, with fluency in HTML, Python, SQL, and Java programming. He has 4 years of coding experience, and has completed large projects and internships for large not-for-profit organizations. In his free time, he learns advanced science, plays video games, and plays table tennis.
Max Fang
Co-founder & Chief Technique Officer
Max is a senior at North Allegheny Senior High School. He has a passion for art and technology, with multiple years of experience in 2D animation using Adobe Animate and creating art with Adobe Photoshop. He is familiar with using VSDC video editor, and is fluent in coding languages such as Javascript, Python, and Rust. In his free time, he birdwathes, plays piano, and does astrophotography.
Kelly Tai
Co-founder
Kelly is a junior at North Allegheny Senior High School. She is passionate about math, science, and art. She enjoys competition math and computer science, and in her free time, she likes to draw, debate, and play tennis.
Amanda Campos
Amanda Campos is a senior at North Allegheny Senior High School. She loves learning new things and designing as well as collaborating. In her free time she does theater and volunteers.

Brooklyn Hollaway
Brooklyn is an artist who specializes in Procreate and has recently begun exploring Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
Barry Chen
Barry is a senior at Auckland Grammar School. He has been learning art since he was 8 and has made many pieces through various media. He also loves coding and typically writes in Phthon or JavaScript. In his free time, he plays guitar, video games and listens to music.
